Every good sleeping bag or every robust clothing item can suffer damages during a tour and must be repaired.
Within the frame of our repair service, we offer, for all damages that need repair, skilled and careful reparation within the lines of our abilities. This way we can help a great number of customers and spare them large investments.
All of these offers must naturally be calculated and there is no exact price that can be given in advance, since the diversity of possible repairs is too large (everything is possible, ranging from changing a zipper to exchanging chambers or adding new down).

Sleeping bag or down jackets can be left with the dealer, who will ascertain the degree of mess or damage and will leave the cleaning to us. Within 10 - 15 workdays the sleeping bag will be reviewd in our house and suitably washed.
Aftercare takes place automatically. Down is optimally positioned again, small aesthetic repairs are take care of or replaced if necessary.
